SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF BREWERY FIRMS IN CAMEROON
Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent to which supply chain management strategies can have a significant impact on the performance of Cameroon’s brewing enterprises. The study’s major goal is to look at the impact of supply chain management methods on the performance of Cameroonian breweries.
The study’s goal was to investigate the impact of customer relationships, strategic supplier partnerships, information quality, and information sharing on the success of Cameroon’s brewing enterprises.
With the help of questionnaires, a total of 62 people were purposively sampled. The data was analyzed using the ordinary least square approach.
Customer relationship management, strategic supplier partnerships, and the quality of information sharing all have a negative and large impact on organizational performance, whereas the amount of information sharing has a favorable but small impact.
Based on the findings, the study suggests that Cameroon brewery companies should improve their strategic supplier partnerships in order to have incredible partners, improve their customer relationship management strategies, the quality of information sharing within the organization, and provide channels for feedback.
