THE EFFECTS OF THE ANGLOPHONE CRISIS ON INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS: THE CASE OF U.S
Abstract
This study entitled “The Effects of the Anglophone Crisis on International Relations: The Case of U.S” aim to fine out the effects of the Anglophone conflict on Cameroon’s Relations with the US. The study was conducted in Buea with a Quantitative method research design.
The study witnessed a response rate of 40. The researcher also employed two theories: The structural conflict theory and the Theory of Relative Deprivation.
Over all the findings revealed the effects of this conflict are not only national, but equally international as Cameroon has lost foreign aids from some states and gained a bad reputation. At the end of this study the researcher recommends that.
The president should give a speech calling for calm and recognizing the existence of the Anglophone problem. Also, the leaders of the Anglophone movement should be provisionally released if the Government wants tension to reduce.
