PLAN INTERNATIONAL AND REFUGEES IN CAMEROON FROM CAR
Abstract
The role of Plan International in easing the suffering of Central African Republic (CAR) refugees in Cameroon’s East Region is examined in this research.
The research claims that Plan International has achieved significant progress in reducing the situation of CAR refugees in the East Region, and that the organization’s programs and operations have greatly improved.
Plan International’s relief programs for CAR refugees include education, protection, food security, and nutrition, as well as activities such as protecting refugee children from sexual abuse, creating child-friendly spaces, distributing non-food items, and providing primary health care, according to the study.
According to the report, Plan International has been successful in assisting CAR refugees in receiving at least enough food aid. Plan International also takes care of the physiological requirements of CAR migrants, according to the report (food, medical care, water, shelter and vocational training training).
According to the report, Plan International has enhanced the social lives of CAR refugees in Cameroon’s East Region.
Plan International looks to the needs of CAR refugees on a daily basis. According to the report, Plan International has aided in the creation of a suitable host environment for refugees in Cameroon’s East Region.

According to the report, Plan International should strengthen its accountability to refugees, and refugees’ engagement in relief activities should go beyond needs assessments.
