DELGAMM is a total solution provider for printing related services and products such as office stationery, booklets, brochures, business forms, business cards, photocopy, typing and printing, DV-lottery, data analysis, computer, computer classes, Plastification, scanning and sales of soft drinks to all individuals across Limbe Mile-4 particularly students and churches. It’s a partnership type of business run by Mr. Eddy Rilien (CEO) and Mr Etta Johnson (Manger) operated under the name DELGAMM Ltd.
Our goal is to serve all the printing needs and products for every individual and to make delgamm a stop by place for all. While our services, product quality, and prices will be excellent, our marketing strategy focuses on building long-term relationships with our customers.
By focusing on its commitment to helping businesses and individuals obtain the printing products and services they need, Delgamm documentation service will increase its sales to more than 2.0 million FRS in three years, while improving the gross profit margin. DDS will distinguish themselves by reinforcing reliability and expertise with competitive pricing.
Our management team will be makeup of 5 great employees (CEO, Manger, Accountant and 2 Workers) who are well equipped with the management of the business, offering great customer services and their ability to work beyond their confront zone.
To market our business, we entail the use of social media, the local newspaper and radio, stickers, flyers, sign boards at strategic positions that will call to attention the public about our business. Most of our stationary materials will come from Douala town particularly the supply of papers rims and soft drinks from supermom. We will offer our products and services at an excellent price below that of our competitors in order gain a high % of the market share. We intern to come with a new market guerrilla market strategies at an interval of every 6months in order to increase our sales.
Legal right and permits will be obtained from the local government (the Limbe Council) and from the taxation office in order to protect our business name.
The total estimated cost to start the business is 2,525,000 FRS. We are seeking funding help of 2.0 million FRS (1.0million from eddy dad and 1.0 million from Etta mom). Our calculation project a profit and loss during the first 3years of operation. However, we will have a higher profit over a loss during our second year of operation with an estimated sales revenue of 3,000,000FRS and 3,500,000FRS the second and third years of business operation.
