Abstract

The hydraulic lighting machine and the sad truck has the function to load the truck with the help of and hydraulic spit instead of human bucket, this hydraulic machine will help the society in reducing human labor of wish instead of using hand spoon which will need a lot of people and time to do the job but will instead need one man that can perform the work in the interval of little time. The objective of this paper is hopefully can make the best concept design in terms of production costs and production capacity.

The stages of evaluation design begin with literature review, objective tree for designing the machine, idea generation, concept making and evaluation, design and study, calculation and Gantt chart. In evaluating the product, one or several of the best concepts are chosen to further develop into products, based on selection criteria.

The results of this design obtained the best concept of hydraulic machine in terms of efficiency, energy, and flexibility. From this paper, it can be concluded that the design of this hydraulic machine will be environmentally friendly and bring many benefits.

Introduction

In this modernized world we require machines which reduces the time and finish up the work on or before time, machines and systems employed directly or indirectly in production of goods and services production machines play a critical role in making goods and services of higher quality faster and cheaper. There are great inventions in this world of different machines for the ease of human efforts.

Nowadays its high of construction hence there is a need of hydraulic bucket loader of sand to the construction of the buildings as there is a high demand of work to be finished in given time and in cheaper rate and even in high demand of man power too hence introducing Hydraulic Bucket Loader Of Sand.

Hydraulic bucket loader comes in different size and types since some comes from the bulldozer , excavators backhoe crawler loaders etc. and this comes in due to the forces acting in the hydraulic cylinder or piston been it compression force or extension forces with respect to the type of load it can stand or carry . that’s why this system is design on the sand dump truck according to its size and stability on  the sand dump truck to be able to carry a load depending on the required one needed , has we require different types of load and stuffs like sand , ground , and concrete.

Hence this this project is focused majorly in fabrication of the hydraulic bucket loader incorporated with the sand dump truck, with the use of the bucket to do the loading with less expenses and speeding of less time and man power to carry out the work.

Objectives

Primary objectives

• To design and fabricate a hydraulic bucket on the sand dump truck that does accurate loading.
• To replace the traditional method of using a hand spoon to do the loading of a dump truck as it is time-consuming and more labor.

Secondary objectives

• To know the different types of hydraulic buckets.
• To develop interpersonal skills and to be familiar with the tools and processes used in mechanical workshops.
