Abstract

Extensive market research revealed a notable absence of specialized software tailored for efficient real estate management. This presented challenges to companies, particularly tech firms, in effectively planning, executing, and monitoring real estate projects, resulting in wasted time, resources, and compromised project outcomes.

To address these prevailing system issues and cater to the needs of individuals searching for their dream homes, I conceived and developed Casa Connect—a comprehensive online platform with the primary aim of streamlining the process of coordinating, planning, and monitoring real estate endeavors.

Drawing upon insightful research findings, I formulated a design that aims to accommodate the requirements of most organizations operating within the real estate industry. Subsequently, I implemented the proposed solution while carefully adhering to key design principles.

Through Casa Connect, users can effortlessly navigate the webapp to explore available properties, significantly reducing the time and effort required in their quest for finding the perfect home.

The platform also empowers property managers by providing them with the tools to efficiently track project progress and allocate resources, leading to effective project realization.
