Happy Fingers will be located in Mile 4 Limbe. The business will be based on tailoring or stitching clothes, designing latest patterns as desired by the customers, doing embroidery and inventing modish fashions for the people. Happy Fingers will provide an excellent service and guide the customers about what suits them the best to provide them the product that mark the highest level of satisfaction and comfort for them.
We’ll also sell some ready-made dresses and provide the facility of purchasing online products to the residents of nearby boroughs. The business aims to provide unique, modern, and high-class stitching service to the residents of Mile 4 Limbe, and to become the most renowned stitching center of in the town within the next two years of the launch.
Our main objectives are to increase to create a service-based company whose primary goal is to exceed customers’ expectations and to increase the number of clients by 20% per year. Our mission is to be one of the most successful designing and stitching workshop in Limbe Mile 4. The key to success for Happy Fingers is our ability to always provide and meet the needs of our customers on time.
Our various products and services includes designing and stitching female & male attires, designing and stitching attires for children, mending stitched clothes, and selling ready-made dresses online. Our target customers will be the general public particularly, students, kids and women, young dating couples, and adults.
Happy Fingers would be solely own and run by one person Nadine, who will also need the assistant of an online manager to manager her online shop.
To market our business, Happy Fingers will use of online social platforms, stickers, flyers, and sign boards at strategic positions that will call to attention the public about our business.
Legal right and permits will be obtain from the local government (the Limbe Council) and from the taxation office in order to protect our business name.
Our total overall cost in starting the business is calculated to sum-up to 1,530,500FRS CFA. Our calculation project a profit and loss during the first year of operation. However, we will have a higher profit over a loss with an estimated amount sale of 1,000,450FRS CFA during the Second year which will increase to 1,025,500 FRS CFA by the 3rd year of business.
